It depends on the work you want done. Generally for internal work no, however if you require an extension then yes you will need permits. We are here to help you sort out what you need to make your plans a reality.

Yes, we do provide a detailed quote. First we have a free consultation, and then we provide you with a discovery questionnaire to help you (and us) work out the details.

Yes, we do our best to provide an accurate time estimate for your project, and we are realistic about how many clients we book so that we are able to maintain our workload.

The payment schedule depends on the contract and on the work. We offer pricing options to our clients so that they can decide what suits their needs best.

Yes, we do offer warranties on the work we do, for both non-structural and structural projects. These details are outlined in our contracts.
